This is Jim Roth. He is a lawyer who currently works on Workman's Compensation cases so that he can be in and out of court quickly, due to his cancer. He also is an avid golfer and has played at Pebble Beach and several other well known courses around the country. He is very upbeat despite his condition. These are a couple of my best shots from the day.
The lighting is a little dim in the bottom photo. However, I like the bottom photo, because it shows a very real perspective of how this individual is going through a terminal illness.
ReplyDeleteI am very touched by the bottom photo. Seeing all those machines and tubes filled with blood really put the whole thing in perspective. I love how you set him in the far left corner, following the 1/3 rule. Great photo!
