Road Trip

Here, my dad attempts to hide behind a cloud of smoke while I take his picture.

This weekend, my family and I took a rode trip to Champaign, Illinois for my cousin's wedding. I used this opportunity to take as many pictures as I could. I apologize for the grainy look, as I had to keep a distance, out of respect for the bride and groom. Aside from the quality, I tried to remember the rule of thirds, and also capture emotion.

Here is a picture of the bride and groom; Elisa & Howard Ransom

  1. I think the cloud of smoke photo is actually really neat. I also really like the bride and groom on the dance floor, it'd be even better if the lighting had accomodated.

  2. I really like what you did when you photographed the bride and groom dancing and the wedding party was directly behind them but distinctly to the right. This left-aligned picture was a great idea.
