I really like the picture of Madalynn. The sun has great placement and it's awesome that it compliments her face even though the light is coming from behind her.
The photo of your girlfriend is really good. Her eyes kind of make the picture 'pop', along with the sun. It's interesting that in the background, it's almost like one side of the road is extremely bright and the other side is dark and eerie.
I also like the picture of your girlfriend. My favorite thing about it is that you can see some of her hair caught in the wind, and because of the sun you can see every individual strand standing out on its own.
That's quite a mediocre shot of some dude loading groceries! Looks like you snapped the grocery guy really quick, from afar perhaps. Get in, get close, introduce yourself. Do love the lens flare in your Madalynn shot though, a "happy accident."
