I took this picture at the Sedgwick County Zoo. I like this picture because I think it looks almost surreal, and nothing like any of the others pictures I have ever captured. This piece, I believe, has the potential to be mistaken as professional work.
I like this photo a lot. I think it shows good emotion between the animals.

ReplyDeleteI like the lonesome (baby?) giraffe in the background, and how it's framed by the two. Tones in this picture are a bit flat, a little too grey. Maybe try bumping up the contrast a little bit?
ReplyDeleteI love giraffes! Have you seen the giraffe photo by Eagle photographer Dave Williams that's hanging in my office? It's similar, though tighter on the faces. Bring this photo next Monday, and let's work on the contrast.
